You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed, you are unable to cancel or change it. If you have any problems with your order, then you must call us on 0791402402.
You are responsible for any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you.
We reserve the right to notify you that goods for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Your order may be delayed, or we may apologize to you in the event we cannot fulfil your order.
By placing your order, one of our team members will contact you to confirm the order.
If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us via the Help Centre: 0791402402. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Only cash payments will be accepted. Any other payment methods like personal cheques or credit cards will not be accepted.
As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you are obliged to pay for your delivery.
Change of mind returns are not accepted after the delivery leaves. Return will not accepted if the item is not in original packing condition.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes.
In the event of not being at the address of the order, payment must be made by any person available at the same address. If there was no one at the address specified, then we will have the right to cancel the order.
Delivery inside Amman is within 24 hours from confirming the order
Delivery outside Amman is arranged with the customer ( Date and Time )
